Mr. Thinley Dorji works as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as well as a Board member of Dheyma Global Ventures Pvt. Ltd. He worked with National Environment Commission (NEC) as a Chief at the then National Environment Commission Secretariat for 22 years before joining Dheyma. He has a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Madras University, Tamil Nadu, India) and Masters degree in Environmental Engineering (Griffith University, QLD, Australia).
Roles and Responsibilities as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dheyma Global Ventures Pvt. Ltd are:
⦁ Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives of the company.
⦁ Lead and motivate employees to advance employee engagement, develop a high performing managerial team.
⦁ Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
⦁ Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits bringing value to shareholdings.
⦁ Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics.
⦁ Review overall financial and non-financial reports of the company to devise solutions or improvements.
⦁ Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders of the company.
⦁ Review problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth

Mrs. Pema Lhamo works as a Manager of Dheyma Trade and Retails. She has been doing her own private businesses ranging from export, import, and tourism. She is one of the promotors of Dheyma Global Ventures Pvt. Ltd and holds 95% stake in the company.

Mr. Pema Chofil works as an Executive Director, Agriculture and Herbs, of the company. He has BSc. Agriculture from Orrisa University of Agriculture & Technology (QUAT), India, and master degree in Community & Health Development from the University of Canberra (UC), Australia. He worked as District Agriculture Officer (DAO) for more than 18 years in Dagana, Zhemgang, and Tsirang dzongkhag. He worked as the Program Director of Agriculture Research and Development Centre (ARDC), Bajo, for more than six years. Professionally, he is the Specialist in Climate Smart Horticulture and an expert in climate smart agriculture technologies. As the Executive Director, his responsibilities are as follows:
⦁ Conduct research and identify niche, high value and low volume commercial crops
⦁ Plan, implement, and evaluate commercial agriculture farm activities
⦁ Manage agriculture staffs and farm attendants employed in farm commercial farms
⦁ Process and value-add selected agriculture products
⦁ Conduct market research and market agriculture produces and products
⦁ Plan, implement, evaluate culinary herbs as well as medicinal herbs
⦁ Manage managers, supervisors, and farm attendants in herbal farms
⦁ Process and value-add the herbs where necessary herbs
⦁ Plan and implement harnessing of water and processing into different products such as mineral work
⦁ Train agriculture staffs and farm attendants on farming techniques especially related to climate smart agriculture technologies
⦁ Liaise with relevant government and non-governmental agencies to improve, enhance, and sustain commercial agriculture ventures of the company.

Mr. Devi Bhakta Acharya works as an Executive Director, Trading and Logistics, of the company. He worked with Department of Revenue and Customs (DRC) MoF for 15 years and with MoH looking after logistics for 8 Years before joining Dheyma Global Ventures Pvt. Ltd.
He is also the acting adviser for Finance & accounts. He holds Masters in Taxation and Business Laws and Administration from Nalsar Law University, India.
Roles and Responsibilities as an Executive Director, Trading, Automobiles and Logistics of Dheyma Global Ventures:
⦁ Develop and implement strategies aiming to promote the organization’s mission and vision in AFD, Trading and logistics.
⦁ Create complete business plans new business goals and objectives set by the CEO or board of directors.
⦁ Build an effective team in AFD, trading and logistics by providing guidance and coaching to subordinates.
⦁ Ensure adherence of the organization’s daily activities and long-term plans to established policies and legal guidelines.
⦁ Oversee the financial positions, liquidity, credit facilities, and investments and fundraising efforts of the company.
